Key Qualifications:
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Exceptional communication skills and a natural ability to connect with customers.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus (Spanish).
- Willingness to educate customers and recommend products based on their needs.
- Prompt and effective communication with customers via phone and email.
- Flexibility to assist with various office tasks when needed.
- Availability to work weekends as required.
Key Responsibilities:
Self-Starter: As a Sales Team Member, you will be responsible for proactively sourcing leads and creating new customer relationships. Your ability to initiate and maintain connections within the community will be essential.
Customer Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and expectations. Your recommendations and communication will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction.
Network Development: Develop key referral sources within the community to generate ongoing business opportunities. You will be expected to create a network that supports the growth of Aroma'z Home.
Ongoing Education: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge through ongoing training and educational requirements. We encourage our team members to invest in their professional development to provide the best service to our customers.
Working Hours: This is a full-time position with 8-9 hours workdays varying at both our Cinnaminson and Hamilton showrooms. You must be available to work on weekends, as this is a crucial period for our business.
Qualifications:
- Prior retail sales experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Diligent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge and interest in flooring and home renovation are preferred
